Baked Apricot Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2013
I usually don't have luck when I bake chicken, it always seems to dry out. But this dish was so moist and juicy! I cut the recipe in half and put 6 skinless, boneless thighs in a smaller rectangular casserole dish. There was not a lot of space for the sauce to fall off the chicken, so it was baking in the sauce the whole time, yum! I baked it for a total of 60 minutes and flipped the thighs when there was 20 minutes left. I used 1/2 cup of creamy french dressing from Kraft, 1 packet of Mrs. Grass' low sodium onion soup mix, and 1/2 cup regular apricot preserves. My boyfriend loved it, I will definitely be making this dish again!

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2014
This chicken came out so moist, my boyfriend and I loved it! I added a little salt to the bread crumb/parmesan cheese mixture and about 4 cloves of garlic to the olive oil. I paired it with roasted broccoli and called it a night! I will definitely be making this again.

Beer Lime Grilled Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2014
Chicken turned out bland. Maybe if I marinated it overnight like some other people, it would have been more tasty. Nice to eat on a summer day!

Spinach Tomato Tortellini

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2013
I gave this recipe 4 stars because the sauce was a little bland. It needs another spice, but I can't think of which one(s). The next time that I make this dish, I am going to add Italian sausage, it definitely needs some type of meat :)
