Baked Parmesan-Crusted Chicken
this was ok. but it did not have a ton of flavor. I am surprised at the number of reviewers that thought the herbs were overpowering. I did used dried herbs, but they've never failed me like this before. I also used the familiar parmesan cheese from “the green container” – if I were to make this again, I would DEINITELY use fresh grated parm and more of it as the cheese taste was barely there. as many reviewers suggested, I poured the leftover butter/garlic mixture over the chicken in the baking pan. this is a must! but make sure your chicken is arranged closely in the pan or the mixture may burn. also, the cooking time seems a bit high. my 4 big chicken breast halves were done at 40 minutes.

Simple Macaroni Salad
this was like a pepper salad! there was simply too much pepper in this and it really fought with the mayonnaise when mixing; it kind of separated. it was also quite dry and I added an extra ¼ cup of mayo and ½ cup of sour cream which helped with the texture but the flavor was still a little odd. I’m thinking perhaps the soup mix does not go well with the mayonnaise, though the almost chewy/crunch of the dried veggies in it was good. I also added ½ tsp of black pepper and ½ tsp of garlic salt which it really needed! IF I were to make this again, I would cut back on the amount of peppers, both red and green, and try adding sugar and vinegar to the mix to add some flavor and to thin out the mixture a little.

Quick and Easy Chicken and Stuffing Casserole
this was very easy and very yummy! I added ¾ cup of frozen broccoli, 1/3 cup of sautéed onions and a few dashes of garlic powder to the soup mixture for which I used 1 can of cream of chicken soup and 1 can of cream of broccoli soup. also, i used only 1/2 cup of melted butter for the stuffing layer. it was really good and the family agreed! I would suggest cooking the egg noodles for only about 2 minutes before adding to the mixture; as prepared, they came out a bit “mushy”. but I will definitely make this again. creamy, yummy comfort food all the way!
