Roasted Lemon Herb Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2010
Really great recipe with a nice addition of lemon. I mixed all the herbs, fresh squeezed lemon juice, and some olive oil (more than 2 tbsp) and drizzled over and in the chx. Put 2 lemon halves inside and 2 in the pan...make sure to put water in the bottom of the pan. Made a wonderful lemon herb gravy. Will def. make this again! Thx!

Easy Key Lime Pie I

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2010
So quick and easy! I used regular limes for the juice - turned out perfect! Make sure you give it enough time to cool.

Halloween Brain Dip

Did not work for me, cauliflower fell apart even after I tried to use toothpicks. Ended up arranging the florets on the platter around the guac, and people ate them :) Good idea but didn't work for us

Pasta Primavera with Italian Turkey Sausage

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2007
Love this recipe; have already made it twice! I sub a can of diced tomato for the fresh and skip the bouillon. The juice from the canned tom's helps make a nice sauce. I also use way less than 1/2 cup oil, and add some tomato sauce at the end. Highly recommended!

Vegetable and Tofu Stir-fry

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2007
Very good, did need a little salt but that's no big deal. I would try it again w/chicken or beef. My boyfriend who had never had tofu before really liked it!

Rotisserie Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2007
This was great. A little nervous to have our first rotisserie chx for guests, but it was perfect. We didn't baste too much; just coated w/the marinade and covered w/foil because the grill was flaring up & it was getting charred. But...turned out great, everyone loved it. Very easy meal when entertaining...put it on the rotisserie and forget about it!

Bronco Burger

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2007
Loved these burgers! Made them for a group and they were demolished! Quick and easy prep...definitely worth the 2 mins to mix the ingredients. We skipped the jalapenos this time because I had a few guests that didn't like spicy, but will def include them next time.

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2004
So good! Was very easy and quick with simple ingredients that are always around. I made an addition to it; I carmelized onions first, and once the meat was almost done, I added them in with the wine sauce and simmered until the steaks were done. Delicious!
