Pineapple Chicken Delight
About this Cook
I'm a jewelry designer, graphic designer, digital and traditional artist and photographer. -------------------- ~*~PLEASE READ THIS!!~*~ I have only one request for anyone who views my recipes that I've submitted (namely my "Pineapple Chicken Delight"). I really don't mind people sharing them. In fact, I find it very flattering and an honor. But what I do not appreciate, is someone uploading my recipe(s) to a website (*any* website, including this one), without my permission, and claiming it as their own. That is stealing, and extremely rude! I just recently found my "Pineapple Chicken Delight" recipe (my prized recipe) on I was delighted at first, until I saw that someone else had submitted it as their own. And this has really upset me. I am planning on contacting someone on the site about this, to try to have it removed. If you decide that you want to SHARE my recipe(s) on another site, at least have the courtesy to credit me and link to my recipe page! Thank you!
My favorite things to cook
Lasagna, Spaghetti, my special dish called "Pineapple Chicken Delight", just about anything.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I don't really have any traditions. My mom used to make these wonderful "uncooked oatmeal cookies" at Christmas. And she gave me the recipe, so I can make them anytime now.
My cooking triumphs
My main cooking triumph was when I finally learned how to make homemade gravy.
My cooking tragedies
I haven't had any success with making angel food cakes.

Green Bean Bundles II
This is the same recipe that my ex-mother-in-law uses, and I fell in love with them the first time she fixed them. I love how easy they are to prepare!

Fresh Broccoli Salad
This is the same recipe that my ex-mother-in-law used to use, except she uses chopped pecans instead of sliced almonds. Unfortunately my cookbook with this recipe is packed away in storage. But I was tickled when I saw it here. I love making this salad. It's delicious!

Pineapple Chicken Delight
I just want to thank everyone for the comments on this recipe. I have enjoyed reading your reviews, and so glad to hear that each meal was a success. It's one of my favorite dishes to fix. And, by the way, you can use whatever parts of the chicken you wish, the editor of this site is the one that put chicken breasts on there. I usually use leg quarters. But it depends on whose eating it, as to what I use (some people prefer white meat to dark). You might could even venture to try other types of meat such as pork or beef. If anyone tries it and likes it, please let me know. Happy eating! :)
