Jalapeno Popper Spread
WOW! Addictive! It's creamy, spicy, and to die for! I did double the jalapenos(I like spicy), and add a tsp of garlic powder, but frankly if I hadn't, it would have been just as grand. After eating some of it, I did end up mixing the Parmesan into the dip, rather than just leaving it on top, and it didn't ruin the texture at all. Try it for your next party, or just for your own family's enjoyment. A smaller crock-pot would work wonderful for this recipe if you want to keep it warm for your guests.

Ham and Bean Soup
Use this recipe, you will not be disappointed. I add a bit of liquid smoke to mine. Such a FAST bean soup, and the family loves it. I allow my beans to simmer for awhile so that the soup becomes thicker.
