Coconut Ice Cream
I love this recipe - no cooking and super easy! First, chill all the liquid ingredients - it helps the ice cream set up. Next, put the coconut flakes (I used 1 cup of unsweetened) in the blender and blend until the coconut is the texture of corn meal - do this so your ice cream isn't chewy. Add the liquid ingredients. Chilled cream of coconut will separate and solidify so don't be surprised. Also, I used 2 cups of heavy cream rather than just 1.5 cups. This made the ice cream smoother. Blend it all together, transfer to your ice cream maker, and voila! Perfect coconut ice cream. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies
I finally did a side by side taste test of these brownies and the recipe on the Ghirardelli ground chocolate can. I still can't tell which is better but what I don't understand is how these don't rate as the best brownies on Allrecipes! I halved this recipe and baked it in a 9x9 pan for 20 minutes. The outsides were perfect but the middle was a little undercooked. If I halve the recipe again, I will make it in an 8x8 pan for the same time. Enjoy!

Best Brownies
I don't know how these brownies got such great reviews. The brownies themselves lacked depth of flavor and the frosting was entirely too sweet. The Brook's Best Bombshell Brownies recipe on this site or the brownie recipe on the back of the Ghirardelli ground chocolate container are far better than this recipe. So disappointing!
