Baked Tofu Spinach Wrap

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2004
I actually didnt put them in the microwave. I steamed them to melt the cheese. Turned out gorgeously...Im always paranoid that the tortillas will get too hard. I prefer ceasar dressing, so that is what I used, with some extra garlic (just me). Great recipe!

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2005
This recipe is absolutely fabulous! I used 1 cup cream, and refrigerated for 15 min before using (some users found this icing to be runny), and it was picture perfect on the chocolate cake that I made. This is a keeper for sure. Two thumbs up for Tom!

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Muffins

this recipe was great! I used mashed overly ripened bananas instead of the oil, and they turned out absolutely awesome! I also added 1 tsp of cinnamon for extra flavour.

This is a great recipe...A candy thermometre is definitely needed! You can pick one up at any dollar store for a dollar! That's where I got mine! Happy Cooking!

Seafoam Icing

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2006
I used this icing for the orange drop cookies II on this site because I didn't have any icing sugar on hand...I substituted 2 tsp orange juice concentrate for the maple extract...And all that I can say is "WOW"! Very unique, reminds me of a meringue/icing mixture...Loved it! Thanks

Orange Drop Cookies II

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2006
I was looking for something a little more adventurous and came upon these. I must admit that I never really liked anything with orange rind in it before...But these were fabulous! Thanks for the great recipe!

Gnocchi II

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2007
I had to add about 1 cup more flour to keep this dough from being too sticky. Keep that in mind while you are making these. I think this was because of the high humidity, as well as the potatoes being a bit moist. This turned out soooo wonderful!

I was looking for a great recipe to bring to a Christmas gathering this year. This was the one that I was searching for! I did use 1/2 almond butter, 1/2 peanut butter and milk chocolate on half of my balls. They were divine. Thanks!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2009
I have been using this recipe for a few years now. A definite staple for me. You can change it up a bit by adding, a few white chocolate chips or macadamia nuts. They will impress anyone who like a good chocolate cookie. Thanks a million!

I always use this recipe because it has always turned out and cupcakes are great too! Last time I tried it using 2 mashed over-ripe bananas and 1/2 C boiling water in place of 1 C. Great! Thanks

Fluffy Whole Wheat Biscuits

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2009
I was against w.w. buscuits until this recipe! I would agree that the dough was sticky, but if your surface and rolling pin are adequately floured, it shouldnt be a problem. I will use this recipe again and again. Thanks!

Fresh Broccoli Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2009
We love it! I used fat free miracle whip instead of mayo (all I ever have on hand), and I prefer it on the first day, as the broccoli is more crispy.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2009
I added the vanilla & spice as others suggested. 2 of my 3 bananas were un-usable, so I substituted a melted all-natural, frozen strawberry bar. And I forgot to add the flour to the topping. And they turned out fantastic! These turned my terrible day into terrific!

Greek Garlic-Lemon Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2009
These potatoes are definitely a "go to" for our family. We prefer rosemary to the oregano, and I use chicken broth as suggested by another review instead of the water, without adding any additional salt. What a great recipe, thank you!

These were extremely good. I halved the recipe, and used an already prepared frosting with coloured sugar to top them off. Even a very finicky family member asked for the recipe. Thanks!
