This was fantastic with chocolate cake and pudding! i just used 4 of those little, ready-made puddings and made up the rest of the 1 1/2 cups with cream liqueur...iced with chocolate icing...the women loved them! Thank you for an easy yet delicious recipe!

Pineapple Pie IV

Reviewed: May 15, 2011
This was okay...the flavour was really nice. I think that next time I try this pie, I will use crushed pineapple instead of the chunks. A great change from the usual!

Brownie Mallow Bars

Reviewed: May 1, 2011
OMG these were to die for! Sweet as anything, but man my itch was scratched! I used the Best Brownies recipe from this site, along with carob chips in lieu of chocolate...perfection! I also melted the PB with the butter first for about 35 seconds in the microwave, stirring after about 15, and then stirred in the chips and folded in the cereal. Yum!

Dutch Apple Pie

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2011
As written, I find it too watery; however, I use about 6 cups of diced apples in place of 3, a pinch of cinnamon, and this recipe is outstanding! I use the apples and the topping to make apple crumbles in single-serve ramkins, and freeze them until I'm ready to eat.

Cheesy Zucchini Casserole I

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2011
My hubby and I really enjoyed this! I used light cheddar cheese, adding 1/2 in the dish itself. I also just threw some garlic croutons in the food processor instead of using crumbs, so I could omit the butter in the topping. I added some garlic in with the zucchini. I will be making this again!

Soft, Moist and Gooey Cinnamon Buns

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2011
These were sooo good! I used the tips for making by hand, written by another reviewer, and they worked out wonderfully. I also only had regular flour and 1 yeast packet on hand, so that's what I used. I also put a tsp of cardamon in the dough, which was a nice addition. Great recipe!

Cinnamon-Sugar Popcorn

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2011
I scaled the recipe down to 2 servings, and just ate it all myself, which is saying a lot, considering we are dieting in my house. I let the hubby try some, and he has already requested it for Easter weekend. Must be good!

Sweet N Sour Meatballs

With a tsp of ground ginger, and 1/2 tsp garlic powder, this was great! Would make again for sure. I did also only add 2 Tbl of cornstarch for the consistency that I prefer.
