Cheesecake Lemon Bars

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2011
For the crust part I broke up a roll of sugar cookie dough. With floured fingers, press dough evenly in bottom of pan to form crust. Than I baked it at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown. Then added the rest. A little easier and delish!

Butter Bean Burgers

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2009
These were sooo good! I doubled the recipe and that made 6 burgers. Followed the recipe, except added a few more crackers since it was a little too wet. Held together beautifully! Also fried them in olive oil. Make sure not to over brown. My 12 year old would have never touched them if he knew they had butter beans in them so I didn't tell him and he loved them! This is a keeper!

A tip to perfect peeled eggs...gently lay them in water that is already boiling! The eggs almost peel themselves!

Sooo good! Only thing I did different was to add more bacon. Also I put out the vinegar and let everyone sprinkle on to there taste. Thanks for the recipe!

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

Delish! Whole family loved it. No need to add water or broth! I did smear a little butter on bottom of crock pot. Turkey makes wonderful juices. Will make again!

No Bake Cookies III

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2005
These are sooo good. I first came across this recipe many years ago in an old cook book. They were called "Preacher Cookies". The ideal being when the preacher stopped by unexpectedly, you could whip these up in no time. You do have to watch the boiling time so the cookies set up right.
