The only changes I made was I replaced butter with Earth Balance Vegan Buttery Sticks because I am nursing and had to go off dairy due to baby's allergies. I made a simple pie crust using oil. I added an extra 1/4 cup choppped pecans and a little extra vanilla. It cooked for exactly 45 minutes.
