Thanksgiving - big meal, lots of guests.
Christmas - quiet, easy day, simple meal.
New Years - cooked cabbage, black-eyed peas.

Cooking for 300+ people at church (hamburgers and hot dogs) and also Italian food for 300 over two nights at church.

Tamale pie dinner for a friend who was recovering from surgery. It was awful!
