Cream Cheese Filled Pumpkin Muffins

Delicious. I also added scant 1/4 cup of sugar to cream cheese. Left out nuts but they prob would have been better with some texture and crunch. Will def make again.

Way too much sugar. Crepes should be plain, then the filling makes it dessert or main course.

Pumpkin Streusel Muffins

Delicious but I did change a few things. 3 t BP sounded like too much so I added 2 and 1 t BS and 1 t vanilla. I also left out the cream cheese.

I wish it had the amount of figs in cup measurements as I have never used dried figs before and mine were quite small. I prob used 2x as many figs so there was more sauce.

I live overseas and Wishbone is so terribly expensive and probably full of preservatives so I prefer to make the dressing myself. I pretty much followed the recipe except for using a different pepper as we also don't have jalapenos and it really hit the spot

Waldorf Goat Cheese Salad

Salad was very good and yes it is all up to the dressing that you choose. Not quite sure why Waldorf is in the name as it has nothing to do with apples and celery.

Buttermilk Scones

I think there must be a misprint in this recipe 2 TABLESPOONS baking powder is way too much. I used 2 teaspoons and was very pleased. Scones are supposed to be bland but if you like a sweeter one add some sugar!
