Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookies

amazing! so chewy and chocolately! don't change a thing... except maybe bake on parchment paper so they slide off and add a bit more cocoa powder so the dough is easier to work with.

Best of Everything Veggie Burgers

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2010
delicious! followed recipe exactly and cooked on the grill. 6 minutes per side on high heat was perfect. cannot figure out how/why this made 12 burgers instead of 6 but i'm very happy to have leftovers :)

Halibut with Rice Wine

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2009
I also doubled the sauce per the suggestions of some other reviews. Broiled the halibut and served with whole wheat soba noodles (sprinkled with black sesame seeds) and bok choy. Delicious!

Cheryl's Spinach Cheesy Pasta Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2008
really easy to make and the whole family loved it. i made a few modifications and it turned out fantastic: substituted skim milk for most of the olive oil, added 1 tsp of red pepper flakes, dried basil and dried oregano to the egg mixture, sauteed fresh spinach and mushrooms with garlic instead of the frozen spinach, baked covered for 35 minutes and uncovered for 10. lastly, i added 2 cans of diced tomatoes with italian herbs for some more texture and flavor. YUM!

Yummy Bok Choy Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2008
this makes a TON of dressing. don't pour all of this on your salad or it will be swimming. drowning actually. i added a can of mandarin oranges to this and it was great.

Asian Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2007
this is a great and easy to make salad... with some modifications: - i used a spinach mixture instead of the napa - added some mandarin oranges and water chestnuts - substituted olive oil (much healthier than vegetable oil) and only needed 1/4 cup, not 3/4! - eliminated butter entirely and just toasted all the crunchy stuff YUM!

Asian Salmon

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2007
best salmon i've had in a long time, i'll definitely make this again. BE SURE TO DOUBLE THE MARANIDE or else there isn't enough for 2 pounds of salmon. next time i'll try adding some ginger like some people here suggested.
