Kickin' Collard Greens
I've made this recipe twice with my home-grown collards, and both times it was fantastic! I add in diced turnips with the onions. Other than that, I follow the recipe as written. Nom!

Buttermilk Wheat Bread
We had some leftover buttermilk so I thought we'd try this bread. My husband is the master of the bread machine, but not always a recipe master. He used 3/4 TABLESPOON of salt instead of 3/4 teaspoon! I thought it'd be ruined, but it was great! Don't know why it says 6 hours start to finish. It was 3 hours in our machine, set for a 2 lb loaf.
