It was pretty sweet, and somewhat spicy, but not sticky. Essentially the sauce reduces down to the point it makes a thick gloopy glaze that will quickly burn so I guess that is the "stickiness". Knowing some people had issues with the chicken getting dry, after browning, I sauteed the chicken for a few minutes in the sauce so that it got infused with the flavor. I then pulled the chicken out, and then sauteed a mixture of veggies in the sauce afterwards. I ended up adding water between chicken and veggies to make sure the veggies got the flavor, but didn't get a burnt glaze. Both myself, and my two year old son enjoyed the food, and I'll probably make again.
