Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: May 29, 2011
Love this recipe! I don't have a bread machine, so I followed others instructions to make without one and they turned out fabulous. I also used the recommendation of making them the night before and refridgerating them. This worked perfectly! Thank you!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2008
Wonderful, delectable & delicious! This is hands down the best chocolate cake I've ever made! It was so moist and rich- just was too good! I followed the recipe exactly, didn't change a thing, and it was complete perfection, plus easy to make to boot! Thanks for a wonderful recipe that will be a standard in our home!

Satiny Chocolate Glaze

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2008
Delicious! I followed the recipe, with the exception of how I cooked it. I did it in the microwave as other reviews had suggested for 45 sec. and it was great. Too easy to be so good! Thanks!

Grilled Bacon Potatoes

Really great spin on the regular baked potatoe. Very tasty & sweet. The bacon adds just the right amount of salty to it. Yum!

Frozen Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake Squares

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2007
Took a chance & tried this out for a family gathering. It turned out really well. It didn't freeze up as hard as I imagined it would, but it was good none the less. I did a few things different. First I added 1 Tsp vanilla to the egg mixture.I also doubled the crust, & used a 9x13 pan. Next I used raspberry jam instead of frozen, as it was all I had on hand. I got many raves, but in my opinion, the frozen raspberries would be better, because it wouldn't be as sweet as jam! Thanks!

Brazilian Lemonade

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2007
This was perfect! So good! We have a fav Brazilian restaurant here, where I always order Lemonade. This is the exact same. Thank you thank you thank you! I can't believe how very easy it is! Followed the recipe exactly, only I cut of much of the rind, the bits that I left on strained out though, so it must not matter. Either way, it was wonderful! Thanks!

Naan

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2007
Mmmmmm...loved this recipe. I've been doing something similar to this for years...but this recipe is the best. I followed it exactly, only cooked in on low heat. As to adding the minced garlic, it's a must! It really adds so much flavor to the naan. Thanks for a great recipe!

S'mores

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2007
Mmmmm....can't keep out of these! They were great! However, only eat them warm if you want to use a spoon. (they are still delish though) Once cooled they cut nicely in to squares. Still gooey, but hey, they're smores, right!? Anyway, followed the recipe exactly, ground the graham crackers not to finely. Next time I think I will do them finer, like a true graham cracker crust. As to there not being enough for the top, I suppose it's a matter of opinion. The amount I had left, made more of a crumble top, which I liked, it looked lovely. So, if you want a true crust top, use more crackers! Also, per other reviewers suggestions, I baked the bottom crust for 5 min. before adding choc. chips & marshmallows. Almost forgot, I also used 1/2 semi & 1/2 milk chocolate chips. Great & easy recipe!

Loved this one. It's an easy twist on biscuits. I cooked them a little to long, so watch the cooking time. They were a bit dry, but good still!

Chocolate-Covered Marshmallow Cookies

Reviewed: May 25, 2007
These are wonderful! They are so rich & chewy! I followed the recipe, except for a few things. First I didn't have large marshmallows, so I used 3-4 mini on each cookie. And second, I used regular milk in the frosting, as it was all I had on hand. To compensate for that, I added a bit more butter. Also didn't use pecans. They are delicious! Thank You!

Good recipe. It's an easy version of a quiche, and the kids didn't shy away to badly! It was nice that I could put the mushrooms on only half of the caserole. Nice easy recipe for leftover ham.
