About this Cook
I am a stay at home mom of 4...and love it. I love cooking for my family & others. I'm convinced that one way to truly make people happy is by cooking them something delicious!
My favorite things to cook
I love to bake. Breads, rolls, muffins, anything! Desserts are my forte however! I have a terrible sweet tooth & love to cook to appease it!
My favorite family cooking traditions
We make sugar cookies for each holiday & decorate them. I also make homemade rolls each sunday for dinner.
My cooking triumphs
When I finally found a good french bread recipe & making fudge for my hubby that he loved!
My cooking tragedies
I learn best from mistakes...and they are to numerous to name! Once I left the baking soda out of my famous chocolate chip cookies...they tasted ok, but looked hilarious!

Clone of a Cinnabon
Love this recipe! I don't have a bread machine, so I followed others instructions to make without one and they turned out fabulous. I also used the recommendation of making them the night before and refridgerating them. This worked perfectly! Thank you!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
Delightful! I doubled the sauce, and used 1/2 granulated sugar and 1/2 brown sugar.

Too Much Chocolate Cake
Wonderful, delectable & delicious! This is hands down the best chocolate cake I've ever made! It was so moist and rich- just was too good! I followed the recipe exactly, didn't change a thing, and it was complete perfection, plus easy to make to boot! Thanks for a wonderful recipe that will be a standard in our home!
