okay, so I was afraid to use soy sauce, because I'm not a fan, but neither me or my hubby like salmon that much either, so I was going out on a limb to try this recipe anyway...It is FANTabulous!!! I marinaded the salmon overnight with the skin side up as recommended by other "enjoyers" of this recipe. It worked out perfectly! I'm a full time student and get home pretty late in the evening and this was so quick and easy. I served it with garlic rice and Parmesan Crusted Asparagus- delicious!! Good job and thanks so much, will be aking this again for sure!
