Cinnamon Raisin Bread I
Mm, some good cinnamon bread. I followed this recipe pretty much to the T. (Used bread flour instead of all-purpose flour, and used lard instead of butter or margarine, otherwise it was unchanged) A few problems I did have with this recipe though. One is that I didn't need nearly as much of the cinnamon-sugar mix that it called for. I only used about half. Another is that the cooking time, as many other reviewers have stated, is far too long. It was cooked in about 30 minutes, with the oven set to 325 degrees. But these problems are so minor, and the bread was so delicious, I'm rating it five stars anyways. :)

Traditional White Bread
Mm, awesome. I'm eating some right now. A really great bread recipe. I followed the directions as much as I could; but as I've heard said many times, bread baking is not an exact science. Times vary based on the temperature, the humidity, the pressure... I only needed about 4 1/2 cups of flour, and it took considerably longer to proof than the recipe said. (I'd allow myself about four hours to make it, all together) But it turned out well! If you're new to making bread, as I am, make sure that you de-pan the bread as soon as you can, even if it's not totally cooled. If you don't, the bottom of the bread will become soggy. Nobody wants that.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
I just made this, and did not change anything. I made it exactly the way I saw it in the recipe. It was perfect. A very delicious fish sauce, and very quick and easy. Everybody said they liked it, and there wasn't anything left by the end. Good recipe.
