Triple Berry Crisp

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2010
This was a very good recipe. I added about a half cup of diced rhubarb which makes it very tangy. Next time I make it I will probably add more fruit. There is alot of crust so think it could benefit from more fruit.

Really liked these poppers. I did add about 1/4 C. grated parmesean cheese and a few dashed of garlic powder. Will make again.

Strawberry Angel Food Dessert

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2007
I made this exactly as the recipe says except I cut up the berries, put some suger on and let sit in the fridge for an hour or so before assembling it. I used a trifle bowl like in the picture and came out very pretty. This is my new summer "go to" recipe. It is wonderful and got lots of compliments on it. Best of all, it is so easy!

Baked Dijon Salmon

Reviewed: May 3, 2005
Very good recipe. I did not find the topping soggy at all. I did make a little more of it though because it sounded so good. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Wet Burritos

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2005
Very good and easy. Did make a few changes though. I used a package of taco seasoning instead of the spices and instead of tomato soup I used about 1/2 c. salsa. I baked them in the oven then put the shredded lettuce, olives and sour cream on the top. Also added some cilantro on top - what is mexican food without cilantro!!!
