Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
Soooo good. Definitely follow other users' reviews about putting dough in the fridge for an hour or freezer for 20 before you scoop out the dough. This is the best ccc recipe I've found!!! Perfectly crisp on edges but still soft & chewy in the middle. I also chopped up 16 oz of semi sweet baking squares instead of chocolate chips. Yummmmmm. I think the egg yolk makes a huge difference! This is the first recipe I've seen with an added yolk.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
This was seriously amazing. It lasted about 24 hours in my house! The only changes I made were 1/2 c olive oil and 1/2 c applesauce instead of the veg. oil and 2/3 c. apple cider instead of water. I also doubled all of the spice measurements and put chopped walnuts on top.

Chocolate Frosting III
I followed this recipe exactly, using high quality real butter. My frosting came out seeping with the oil from the butter---it was pretty gross. I threw it away.
