Tried this recipie and tried to stick to the ingredients as much as possible. Husband and both kids LOVED it. I even went for seconds even though I was already full.

Chicken Noodle Casserole II

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2014
This is a great recipe as is. But of course, it's also an awesome start as there is lots of room to add extra flavor to it. I'm rating it as is instead of with what I did different after the first time I made it.

Bread Machine Rolls

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2013
Great recipe but it took a lot longer in my bread machine for the dough setting. Worth the wait though. :) next time I might try dividing it into about 14 rolls and bake about 10 min. Some of the rolls were pretty big.

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2013
Excellent recipe! Can definitely add variety to it. I also added garlic to the onions & celery as well as the seasoning. Used beef broth instead of veg., it's what I had on hand. I made this before but used way too many noodles. This time I stuck to what the recipe called for. Much more flavor!

Easy OREO Truffles

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2011
I won't be making these too often because they are WAY TOO HARD to resist. Oh my gosh!!!! I don't have a food processer so I mixed everything by hand. I crumbled the cookies in a ziplock bag first, then used a sifter to make the crumbs finer and be a little easier to mix.

Needed cream of chicken soup for another recipe and this saved me another trip back to the store. Worked like a charm.

Ham with Pineapple

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2011
Good recipe. I cooked it for the least amount of time recommended rather than the most since it was a ready-to-eat ham. I cooked in a roasting pan and let it sit with the lid on for 15 min after removing from oven. The ham was perfect....not dry at all.

Kickin' Collard Greens

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2011
This was close to another recipe I've used, just missing a few ingredients. I substitued little smokies for the bacon and used fresh red pepper instead of the red pepper flakes. The rest was added ingredients and my family loved it. I made it spicy!

Grilled Salmon I

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2011
I substituted olive oil for the vegetable oil. I also added some fresh minced garlic in the marinade. I ran out of time to cook it the night I prepped it...so it marinated a day. My grill wasn't working so I broiled it in the oven. This was the BEST salmon I've ever had. My kids were eating it like they hadn't had anything to eat for days!!!!

Old Settlers' Baked Beans

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2011
I made these without the ground beef. Everyone LOVED it. My only suggestion is to cook the bacon a little before throwing the onions in there. Some of my onions were a little overcooked...but it still tasted good. I will be making this often!!!!

Not bad. My kids never really like Alfredo sauce, but this one they've requested for me to cook again.

D's Famous Salsa

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2010
The second time I tried this I still felt like 'something' was missing. I read where someone suggested using a little chili powder, so I tried it and it helped a LOT!! I also used fresh tomatoes (no substitute for this if you want fresh tasting salsa) and one fresh jalapeno finely diced. I didn't put all of the tomatoes in the blender so I had control over still having some tomatoe chunks :)
