Lemon Pie Bars
Good recipe to make an old favorite. I did add 1 tsp of vanilla to the crust just because that is how I also make shortbread. I used 1.5 times the called for quantities for the filling and beat until frothy to get a nice light crust over the top of the bar.

Mardi Gras King Cake
This recipe was spot on for times, temps and measurements. Really enjoyed the texture and flavor of the dough. I did add 1 tsp each of lemon zest and orange zest to the dough for personal preference. Really enjoyed the finished product.

Orange Cream Fudge
I make this each year for Christmas trays. Everyone loves it and it keeps well. I do sometimes have trouble getting it to set up.
