Perfect Baked Potato
I don't understand how a little olive oil and salt can produce such a light, fluffy inside, but it works! The bst baked potato I've ever eaten!

Bacon Wrapped Smokies
These are awesome!!! I've made them a few times now, and agree that it's easier to cut the bacon with scissors after you have a good overlap. I can get 4 smokies done with one peice of bacon. Also, I found that using cheap bacon works better than the thick cut, and definately shake the smokies in the brown sugar rather than a sprinkle on the top. After all, who ever heard of "too much of a good thing?" My 13-year old is whipping up a double batch tonight for her youth group meeting. I'm sure she'll get nothing but compliments. Thanks for the recipe!

Sesame Beef
This was very very good. The flavor was fantastic, and everyone asked for seconds (next time I'll make more!) I doubled the marinade, and seperated it from the beef before stir frying. As suggested by others, I added a bit of cornstarch to the marinade and thickened it up a bit. I also added water chestnuts when I returned the marinade to the wok. Super, super recipe and very easy!
