Red Skinned Potato Salad

Wow! ok, followed every one elses advice. 1/2 sour cream 1/2 mayo, added shredded cheddar,threw in some paprika, chopped up a green pepper from the garden added a dash or two of ranch dressing AND VIOLA!-the most awesome potato salad I have ever tasted!

Great concept for those that like a variation from standard apple pie. definitely need to increase amount of carmel. I doubled and still could have put more in to get a true carmel taste.

Slow Cooker London Broil

London broil should only be cooked on the grill. It is too tough using this method. I prefer medium rare to rare for this cut of meat which is impossible to get in slow cooker. Probably will not use again.

Uncooked Banana Pudding

Much better than the "traditional" banana pudding cooked on the stove. This is smoother and creamier and has a much better taste. My husband prefers this over the traditional banana pudding and he used to refuse to eat anything but traditional style.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Outstanding! Best if made day prior and re-heated next day. Also, made in slow cooker and reheated in slow cooker-the spices blend so well. This won me 2nd place in the fire dept. chili cook-off. Not bad in a dept. of 500!

Always A Winner Grilled Chicken

This dish was ok, I didn't get rave reviews like I normally do with recipes from this site. It is just as yummy to marinate chicken in Italian dressing and a whole lot easier. Also, the cinnamon was a little overpowering and strange on chicken. I would reduce amount or cut out completely.

Sunday Shrimp Pasta Bake

This is SO awesome! I didn't have all the ingredients on hand so I substituted and ommitted for personal taste as follows: I chopped 1 large sweet onion instead of scallions (green onion), used minced garlic,I used dried red pepper flakes (I didn't have green peppers) ommitted mushrooms (don't like 'em) and used penne pasta. Followed rest of recipe to a T and it was the most DELICIOUS seafood pasta dish I have ever had! Better than anything you could ever get eating out. We usually eat seafood when we eat out. This beats it all! I usually don't try recipes that don't have any reviews but this recipe has changed that! Simply scrumptious! I served with salad and yeast rolls.

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic

Overpowering sweet. I would cut back on brown sugar on topping and use a 8x8 or 9x9 instead of 9x13. 9x13 spread potatoes too thin giving too much of super sweet topping per serving.

Blueberry Salad

I fixed this for potluck 4th of July and Thanksgiving. It goes great anytime, any occasion and have been asked for the recipe by almost everyone that has tried it. Easy to make and taste superb!
