Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2013
I can see why its a weight loss recipe. It tastes very similar to eating salsa but with cabbage. I like cabbage but I did not like this soup. I'd rather make my own salsa and eat it everyday out of the jar as well as steam cabbage or eat it raw everyday, than to waste my time making this soup ever again! But I can see its advantage of eating it if you can stand the taste.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2013
I changed nothing and the cookies turned out so good especially with a tall glass of cold milk.. Mmm. Imagine if you added some kind of chip, chocolate, butterscotch, caramel, white chocolate and nuts! But this recipe is so good you really don't need it. Thanks this is a keeper!

Delectable Marinated Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2013
I added 1/2 tsp of fresh ginger & 1/2 tsp of sesame oil since I didn't have any liquid smoke. I also added 1 tsp of honey instead of brown sugar & 1 tblsp of sake. With so many spices & how could it not taste good! I also pan fried it in a hot iron skillet with the extra marinade added as needed since I soaked only 1 hr prior to cooking. With that much flavor in such a short time I can only imagine the full effect :)

Zucchini Bread VII

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2013
I didn't substitute anything and it turned out so yummy! The texture is light and crunchy on the outside like its suppose to be and super moist on the inside! Delicious! This recipe goes to my fav. Taste was right on but I remember my grandma's zucchini bread had spices in it so next time only for memories and not because this recipe by any means needs any added flavor- but I may try adding a few spices just like grandma use to. Thank you Allrecipe.

Creamy Rice Pudding

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2013
I worked for an elderly gentleman for 5 years and once a month he would ask for rice pudding because he ate it everyday. I would always buy him a container of Koji pudding since he said it tasted the most like how he use to make it before he couldn't cook anymore. Poor Bruce! If I'd known how easy rice pudding was to make I could've saved all that $$ and made it for him! I added a touch of nutmeg and it brought back his memory since I can't see or taste rice pudding with our thinking of that sweet old man. May he rest in peace. Thank you.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2013
I absolutely loved this recipe! My meatloaf in the past has always been just ok but this was a big hit with my family and myself included. The only thing I did different was used fresh ginger and I added chopped fresh parsley. I will be using this recipe many more times! I''m actually looking forward to my lunch tomorrow since it will be a leftover cold meatloaf sandwich.. Mmm.

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2013
I thought this recipe was great as is. I used it on bone in chicken thigh with the skins removed. It was very moist & juicy with just the right amount of honey mustard taste. I'm looking forward to trying it again with chicken breast. Thank you.
