Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2011
Love this one! It's bone simple. I tend to go more the chili route. I replace the broth with a second can of tomatoes and substitute creamed corn for the drained kernels. I add 1/2 cup chili powder, 1 table spoon garlic salt and a few shakes of cayenne. Finished in less than 10 minutes and makes meals for days!

Pumpkin Apple Streusel Muffins

Tasty Recipe! I would add a little more flavor next time. More spices and at least double the salt. Baked up moist and delicious!

Simple Savory Pork Roast

LOVE this recipe! It's perfect for the new cook. Even parred down for a grocery store pork tenderloin (with dried rosemary), it was a delicious meal! Very juicy and tender. Also, it's great with "Bella's Rosemary Red Potatoes." Thanks for posting!

This recipe is fantastic! I'm sure it would make a great marinade for a turkey breast sandwich, or even chicken!

Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2005
Six Stars! I love this recipe! Warning though! It's so good, that it might just ruin your favorite restaurant Falafel! I love adding a little extra cumin for an added kick. I also do mix the chick peas in my food processor, I prefer the smoother texture that it creates. All in all an A+++ recipe!
