Garlic Cheddar Chicken
Yummy recipe! I went by the recipe except with two variations - I used crushed garlic and cheese croutons instead of bread crumbs and used dry ranch mix instead of the spices. I really caked on the croutons/cheese mix and drizzled the tops with a little olive oil before baking. I served it with white buttered rice seasoned with Johnnys all seasoning. So good!

Italian Vegetable Soup
This was very tasty! My only changes were I used ground turkey and ended up adding another 2 1/2 tsp beef granules, two more cups water and some garlic salt to taste. It should taste even better tomorrow! I think when I make it again I'll add some beef stock

This was so-so. It reminded me of sloppy Joe's. I used half ground turkey and half ground sausage because I didn't have a full pound of ground turkey on hand. I also added chopped green pepper and only used a cup of bbq sauce. It was easy to prepare but I doubt I'll make it again. I would think it would taste better with some beef tips or flank steak pieces instead with a gravy type sauce.
