Blue Cheese and Pear Tartlets
Great! I used half cream cheese and half Gorgonzola, and it was plenty blue cheesy! I added a drop of honey on top as some suggested...I will leave that off next time. Also I used heavy cream (just because that's all I had), and it worked fine. Everyone loved them!

Smoked Salmon Mousse
I made this for New Years Eve. Everyone LOVED it! It was the first thing gone! I left out the dill and roe (because I didn't have any) and added a dash of Old Bay and a dash of onion powder and a little extra cream. I didn't put any salt or pepper either. I served it with several types of crackers and toast, cucumber slices, and capers on the side. It was great! I will make again soon!

Mini Sweet Potato Samosas
I made these for New Years Eve, and they were a big hit! I changed a couple of things... I omitted the onion soup packet and instead used extra curry, a dash of cinnamon, and a dash of onion powder. I served it with apple jelly that I heated on the stove and added some curry powder to it. Delicious!
