Queen Elizabeth Cake I

Awesome! Made this for my mom's birthday and it was a huge hit. It was just as yummy, heated up a bit, the next day. Definitely eat it while it's still warm. Made it exactly but left out the nuts. Thanks!

this is so yummy! I always use a boneless pork roast. The trick is finding a sauce that you love! Don`t skimp on the sauce either. Super easy! Thanks!

Slow Cooker Vegetable Chili

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake

Very yummy! Make sure you do it in a 10 inch bundt pan. I did it in a 9 inch and it cooked over and out of the pan in the oven. A very big mess.

Honey Bun Cake I

Excellent! Sooo yummy! I used Butter Pecan cake mix instead and it still turned out great. It was a hit at our family gathering. I did butter the bottom of the pan before adding the mix. Will definitely make again! Thanks!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

This was so amazing!!!! I love the addition of ham. I asked the butcher for a thick piece of blackforest ham and cut it up. My husband and I ate it all up! Yummy! Definitely worth trying and easy to make. Thanks!

Peanut Butter Vegetable Chicken Soup

This was very good! You can add whatever veggies you feel like. I omitted the broccoli and used fresh tomatoes instead of canned. The peanut butter gives it a creamy taste. My hubbie liked it! Thanks!!!

Black Bean Salad

This is very good but there's a lot of chopping involved. Make sure the cilantro is chopped very fine. If not, it has a really strong flavour. I used only one pepper and replaced the pimento with a red pepper as someone else suggested.

Apricot Muffins

I enjoy making jumbo muffins and this recipe did not work that great for it. I found them "cake-like". I was expecting them to be more moist. This recipe made 6 jumbo muffins.

Banana Crumb Muffins

My husband and I loved these muffins. They are so yummy!! They are really moist. I made 6 jumbo muffins. Next time I will half the toppings. I'm sure it was because the muffins were so large. Excellent! Will definitely make again.
