Anna's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2008
These were very tasty indeed. I used shortening since I had no butter ect. But they worked out perfectly. I didn't change anything else.

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2007
Mmmmm! These are fantastic! Just had them for dinner and they were really, really good! My twelve year old couldn't get over the fact that mom put beer in the recipe...he kept asking if it was ok to eat them. Thanks for a fantastic dish!

My family really liked this recipe. I had printed it out awhile ago and never used it until last night. Tasty and creamy just the way we like it.

Ali's Amazing Bruschetta

Excellent recipe! Only thing I did differently is I used the frozen pre-made garlic bread. It was still a hit! Thanks and I will keep this as a favorite.

Dark Chocolate Cake I

Reviewed: May 25, 2007
This cake is perfect. Moist, dark, tasty and not too sweet. I love a sweet icing so I like the cake to be less sweet and this is it. Bravo! Will definatly use again.

Pork Chops and Scalloped Potatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2006
This is good for a basic recipe. I added thin sliced onions and halfed the chicken broth with cream since we like the creamy taste. Also I added some spices to my chops, like garlic, onion powder and pepper. Our chops were moist as I poured the sauce over them and not just the potatoes and made sure they were kept moist. This is a great recipe if you tweek it a little to your own prefference.

White Cream Sauce

Reviewed: May 31, 2005
I used this as a base for white sauce for peas. I suggest adding some sugar for a little flavor. Maybe garlic, parsley etc. It has no taste but can be used as a base and then add what you want to make it taste like something other then flour.

Beef and Parmesan Pasta

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2004
Made this for dinner tonight and it was a big hit! Even my picky eater liked it. I boiled the pasta separatly and added it at the end with the zucchini. I also added a little more broth then called for and instead of diced tomatoes I added a cup of mild salsa. Very good!

Suzy's Mashed Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2004
These were good except the skins were annoying to chew and I ended up picking mine out while eating. The next time I made it I cubed the potatoes so the skins were much smaller. It made a lot of difference for me and I ended up eating the skins. Also I added garlic, parsley and a little paprika before serving.

Love them! I make them every Sunday for school lunches the following week and usually have to make more by Tuesday. I use margarine and no nuts though. But it doesnt seem to make them taste much different. Really easy recipe too which I like. Thanks for sharing this Tina!

So Perfect! I added the extra 1/2cup of PB and they were the best I have tasted (better then my Moms too!) I also tried them using whole wheat flour and I found they were even better then when using white! Excellent!
