Crab Quiche I

This was really good like others I used 3 eggs. I also used greek yogurt instead of the mayo. I added 1tsp old bay 1/2 tsp garlic powder some onion powder (since Id didn't have that many green onions) and colby jack cheese and I used fake crab. It was really tasty

Alfredo Sauce

Really good. I'll definitely be making this again. i got away with only using half the cheese and I bet it would work fine with half and half or with milk for some of the cream

Vietnamese Rice-Noodle Salad

Oh I really didn't like it. I made extra sauce and I felt like it still needed more. The flavor was okay. It called for a whole lot of noodles which I thought was way too much. Not close enough to the restaurant style I was looking for but not gross enough for me not to finish (well eat until I was full).

I thought this was really yummy my hubby just thought it was okay. It's not the best recipe I've made but it's quite good oh and I halved the meat and thought that was a good consistency

Creamy Potato Leek Soup II

Basic Ham and Bean Soup

This was just okay. Good enough not to throw away the left overs but not special it just tasted like a bunch of beans. I read all the reviews and it was cooked right and I did the salt and pepper thing but I felt like there was definitely something (flavor-wise) missing.

New England Clam Chowder I

Absolutely delicious with some changes. Added a bay leaf, added all the clam juice from the can, needed much more salt and added a corn starch surrey to thicken it up. Also I needed more water to get my potatoes soft without sticking/burning to the bottom even when cooked covered.

Artichoke Chicken

It was good, I did change things (like used some sour cream and real garlic) but I'm sure that my changes improved things, if I didn't have to change things I"d give it 4 stars for taste. It didn't blow my mind my husband said it was good and shurged (not special). I recommend serving it with mashed potatoes or something with a very mild flavor. I may make it again if I have artichokes to use up but I don't think it's special.

Hamburger Vegetable Soup

A good solid recipe, I did change/add a few (which I don't think impacted the recipe one way or another). Only used 1/2 an onion, added a good amount of Italian seasoning and some garlic. I think I would add more pasta (I used rotini) next time maybe. I'd make it again but I it could be better.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Wonderful. the picky hubby said it was the BEST potato soup he's ever had and I have to agree. I followed the directions exactly except used 1 cube of veg bouillon because I was out of chicken. I made it last night for a long day stuck it in the fridge and reheated for tonight's dinner it was wonderful and extremely easy.

Meatball Sandwich

delicious I made these to go in spaghetti but I wish I had made it into a sandwich the meatballs were scrumptious. I did do half pork and half beef and I did not brush with olive oil, the meat balls provided plenty of oil themselves. Oh and I threw some chopped moz into the mix, you can't ever have too much cheese

Just for the meatballs (I used different sauce) only difference is that I used fresh herbs and I threw in a bunch of chunks of mozarella.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

this was really good fresh out of the oven and the next day it was okay but nothing special. Something changed about it the next day, texture and flavor. I warmed it up in the microwave but it was still weird. Not my favorite recipe but yummy enough.

Mizithra Browned Butter Pasta

It didn't turn out for me I'm not sure what I did wrong it just didn't taste right and the texture was a bit weird(on and I've had a good version before so I think I know what it's supposed to taste like)
