Naan Bread
This was my first time making naan bread and it turned out near "perfect". It puffed up right on cue and turned a delicious golden brown as it's supposed to. The only change I made was using light sour cream instead of yogurt, as all they had at the store was the flavoured varieties (and I didn't think chicken curry and strawberry-banana naan bread sounded great). I also needed to add more warm milk than the recipe called for and would almost double it next time, just to save myself the hassle of flour-milk-flour-milk and repeat to get the right consistency. Trial and error, I guess, but it was worth it this time!

Unbelievable Rolls
I have used this recipe several times, both for dinner rolls as well as cinammon buns. The whole family loves it. For anyone with a sweet tooth, using it for the aforementioned treats is great. I take a wee bit of the sugar out when making dinner rolls. I think that's about the only change. Oh, and I never use margarine. I'm a butter gal!

Shortcut Potato Onion Perogies
I would never dare put instant potatoes in perogies (my grandmother would roll in her grave!) but this dough is pretty good. I've always had to almost double the water and I find that placing a warm, damp tea towel over the bowl while it rests helps with the toughness. I'm going to try tinkering with this some more. Will post an update (or an entirely different recipe) if I find something that works.
