Really good, super moist and over all a great taste. I only had one egg, so I substituted the other egg with a little water and conola oil, and I substituted the sour cream with canola oil and milk. It didnt slice very well, and broke easily but maybe thats my fault for not using all the right ingredients. I chose this recipe because it was the only one I found that only required two bananas, which is all I had. I think it would have been even better if you bump up the bananas to three or four. I think its better if the bananas were mashed because I found a few big chunks in the bread, not that it was a big deal.
