Banana Crumb Muffins

These were delicious! The crumble is the best part, and the inside is soo moist. The banana taste is a bit subtle, but I didnt mind. They are amazing!

Apple Crisp II

This apple crisp was absolutely amazing! My friend had some and didnt even believe I made it. The crumble part with the oatmeal, butter and sugar all mixed together was to die for, try a little bit of it before putting it in the oven its great! So delicious!

The Best Lemon Bars

Really good! The only thing worth changing, if you like a more tart lemony taste is to add more lemon juice, maybe use 3 or 4 lemons juice instead of 2. For me I didnt mind the more subtle lemon taste because I dont like things to be to tart, but dont get me wrong it still tasted lemony.

Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Super yummy!!! They're moist on the inside and crunchy on the outside. For each cookie only use 1 or 2 tablespoons of batter and don't spread it beforehand, pile the batter really compact because it spreads a lot. I chose this recipe because I didnt have butter and it tasted better than I thought it would, it was so simple!

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Really good, super moist and over all a great taste. I only had one egg, so I substituted the other egg with a little water and conola oil, and I substituted the sour cream with canola oil and milk. It didnt slice very well, and broke easily but maybe thats my fault for not using all the right ingredients. I chose this recipe because it was the only one I found that only required two bananas, which is all I had. I think it would have been even better if you bump up the bananas to three or four. I think its better if the bananas were mashed because I found a few big chunks in the bread, not that it was a big deal.
