What a simple, delicious way to prepare ribs. I used to think it could only be done on a grill, and as a young married couple still living in city apartments, grill usage is a no-no. I am so glad I found this recipe, however, because now my husband can have his absolute favorite food every single week! I did add a dry rub to the ribs and marinated them for several hours beforehand, but then followed the recipe as stated. Due to other reviewers' comments and looking at other recipes, I did add extra sauce and broil the ribs for 5 minutes or so on each side to get that "crust" and more desirable appearance. We've already made them twice now! Mmm.
