Awesome! so quick and easy to put together, too. I substituted sundried tomatoes for the chilies, just because we don't like them. Also used a medium light microbrew. Fantastic recipe! Thanks, Judi.

Cheesy Ranch Potato Bake

Very yummy! This was a hit at our ANTI-Superbowl party. I'd add a little more chili powder though...needs a little more "heat". Thank you for a great recipe, JennyBrianne.

This was just ok. The veal did come out very tender but it was just SO salty and I followed the recipe exactly. Maybe it was my bread crumbs... Anyway, I probably won't be making it again. I'm going back to my old trusty recipe. Sorry Betty.

Slow Cooker Pork Chops

This was so easy and so yummy! I used 6 boneless chops & 2 large cans of sauerkraut. I cooked it for about 9 hours on low and it literally fell apart. Awesome! Thanks, Kathy!

Monkey Bread I

Old Settlers' Baked Beans

This is a wonderful recipe. I prepared these the night before and the next day I put them in the crock pot. YUM! The only change I made was I didn't have any chili powder on hand, so left it out. Perfect! Thanks, Kathy.

Slow Cooker Pizza

Great recipe! I mixed everything but the pasta and cheese together in the crockpot, cooked the pasta slightly underdone and added it during the last hour. I added the cheese right before we ate it and it was perfectly melted. Thanks Jill for a GREAT recipe!

Golden Rum Cake

Oh! My! God! This is fabulous! I made it Tuesday night for Christmas on Thursday and it was moist as could be. The only suggestion I have is to use more walnuts if you like them. Again FABULOUS!!

Mom's Zucchini Bread

This was THE best zucchini bread! The only problem was, it didn't last long in the house! Next time I'll put 3 C. zucchini in because I like to see the green squiggles and couldn't really with only 2 C. This is definitely my new favorite zucchini bread recipe! Thanks, Monte!

Best Tuna Casserole

Well, I thought this dish was OK, although everyone else liked it. I followed the recipe exactly except I used whole wheat noodles. I just thought it lacked something, maybe it was the noodles. I'll make it again...just not right away.

Pumpkin Turkey Chili

This chili wasn't really too bad actually. The pumpkin was very subtle, you almost don't know it's there. I didn't have chili powder, so I added more garlic & Italian seasoning. It was a little thick so I added V8 juice & water. I also threw in a can of white kidney beans. I'll probably make it again, only next time with chili powder!

Ziti with Italian Sausage

This was a very good recipe with a few variations. Instead of layering, I just threw it all together, even the mozzarella cheese. I did put the parm. cheese on top though. 45 minutes is a little too long to cook because the ziti got crunchy. 30 minutes should do it. Oh...I also used hot sausage (ouch). Next time I'll use sweet or half ground beef/half sweet sausage. A good recipe though. Thank you, George.

Wonderful Short Ribs

This was awesome, awesome, awesome! The only changes I made were using crushed tomatoes instead of tomato sauce and I left out the brown sugar. Oh, did I mention this was AWESOME? This is definitely a keeper! Thank you!

Apple Crisp II

This was THE best apple crisp recipe l've found. I omitted the water because the apples seemed juicy enough, and I mistakenly put the white sugar in the topping instead of the apples, but it still was wonderful! Thank you for a great recipe, Diane :)

Slow Cooker London Broil

This was a fantastic change from the usual broiling method. I was looking for something where I didn't have to heat up the whole kitchen when it's 90 degrees outside and this recipe was it! The meat literally melted in your mouth and the gravy was yummy! Thank you, Merri! This one's a keeper.
