woweeeeee! This recipe was great, very much like what you would get in a restaurant. I only made a few changes with this recipe : I too like many others used 1/4 c cornstarch in the sauce and used crused chiles instead of fresh, I had white wine and vinegar, so I used a combination of both for the sauce. I also only used 1 tsp ginger since I'm not crazy about it. For the ginger and garlic, I used the kind in a jar to make a little less work. The only thing I didn't like is that I couldn't figure out how to keep the chicken crunchy after mixing it with the sauce. I loved this recipe!
