Stuffed Acorn Squash Supreme
I'm reviewing this recipe before the squash is even finished baking because the filling is SOO good! I used italian turkey sausage and added on onion as well.. my teens are standing at the stove eating it out of the pan! I can only imagine how yummy with the addition of squash and cheese.

Quick and Easy Chicken
This was very peppery but we loved it. I also tripled the sauce plus I used half olive oil and half chili oil which gave it just the right amount of kick and then sprinkled on some five spice. Sooo good! By the way: If you want to prevent the sauce from reducing too much be sure to keep the lid on while simmering. The lid keeps the steam in. Vice versa if you want a thicker sauce.

Cocktail Meatballs IV
These are great! I made a batch once, then my sister and I went out, while we were gone my brother in law ate the whole batch! A lady at my church makes jalapeno jelly and it is REALLY good substituted for grape.
