Pork Tenderloin with Herb Sauce

This was the best flavor I've had in a Pork Tenderloin. I could eat it every day and make sandwiches out of it too. It was very juicy and the herb sauce was phenomenal!

Dilly Cucumber Salad

I did not have enough time to refrigerate them overnight so I just let them sit for one hour and they were perfect. Could not get enough of them - they were great!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

We added extra cheese and it was good. The second time we made them we added ham. They do seem a bit soupy when they are done, but if you have any leftovers you certainly need the extra liquid. All in all these were great!

Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

If you like you like the suddenly salad bacon ranch pasta you would like this recipe way better. We don't care for the red peppers from the box salad so this is way better. You can add anything you want but it is fabulous salad! - UPDATE - I make this salad regularly, following the dressing ingredients as-is but changing the add-ins. I've replaced the bacon with pepperoni (yum!) - I've even made it with just the cheese, pasta, and dressing and it's still delicious.

Herbed Corn

It is exceptional and gives a little pizazz to a can of corn. This is our family's favorite way to have canned corn (the recipes calls for frozen corn but we just use canned corn).

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

These potatoes are SO good. I either use real bacon pieces from a jar or the ready-to-serve bacon when making these. I also put the whole mixture in a casserole dish instead of back into the potato skins and bake for 30 mins. Scrumptious!

Bodacious Broccoli Salad

I enjoyed this dish but it didn't knock my socks off. It is something I might make again, though. I did end up doubling the dressing as it seemed a bit dry when I was mixing it.

Taco Seasoning I

Delicious! The only change I made was to drop the cumin down to 1 tsp. The tacos I made with this were probably the best ones I've ever had - the perfect amount of heat and flavor, without all of that orange grease you get from store-bought packets. The flavor was really on a level of its own. Great recipe!

Baked French Fries I

The flavor of these fries was great. For personal preference I cut them into sticks and followed other reviewers' advice, baking them at 425. The only reason I'm not giving them a 5 is because they were quite oily so some of the fries were kind of soggy. Next time I'd cut back on the oil.

Banana Crumb Muffins

These were super! I messed up and accidentally mixed in the brown sugar with my banana mixture, so I just skipped the crumb topping and baked them as-is. They were great! I think I'd make them like that again.

Walnut-Date Quick Bread

I thought this bread was excellent. I was looking for a nice, dense bread I could eat for breakfast with coffee, and this is it. No butter or other spread is needed; it's perfect as-is. One thing to note: I used nonstick cooking spray instead of greasing the pan, and I would NOT recommend doing this as it makes the outside crust taste a little burnt.
