Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2012
This is easy to make and tastes great. It makes a huge batch which I love because I can keep it in the refrigerator and make fresh cookies all week. We also make this and delivered to several friends and got lots of compliments.

Caramel Popcorn

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2011
Great recipe! I followed the advice and bought a big roasting pan. No need for nonstick cooking spray with all the butter in the recipe. I only cooked for 30 minutes because I like it a little chewy. I stirred it twice and it turned out great!

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2006
I tried to make this in hopes that I could use it for Christmas. I followed the recipe, but the fudge was hard as a rock. I wonder if it had anything to do with the weather or humidity.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2006
I did not care for this recipe. I had to cook it a little longer than suggested, and it still fell apart. I thought this was bland.

Pan-Fried Asparagus

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2006
I love asparagus and usually grill or steam it. I loved this recipe although it was a lot of butter. Next time I will use less butter. Great and easy recipe!

Pam's Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2006
This tasted great, and was so easy (the hardest part was cutting up the onion). I usually make the Bacon Mushroom Swiss Meatloaf (also on this site), but decided to try this because of all the good reviews. I followed the recipe exactly, and did not think it was too sweet or bland like other reviewers. My husband doesn't like sweets and he even loved it.

Quick French Dip

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2006
This is really easy, and good with the beef broth as dip. I added provolone cheese.

Egg and Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2006
This tasted good, but I gave it a four because it took SO long to cook. I followed the recipe exactly and cooked this for Father's Day. It was really disappointing that everyone was waiting around hungry because this had to keep cooking.

I am always looking for easy recipes that taste good, and this one is tops!!! I used Italian bread crumps and added garlic powder and parmesan cheese. My husband loved this recipe. I will definately put this on my regular list of recipes.

Salmon Fettuccine with Spinach

Reviewed: May 7, 2006
I didn't really care for this recipe. It tasted too salty between the smoked salmon and dried tomatoes.

Quick Pizza with Thai Flavorings

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2006
I like peanut thai sauce, but it was a an odd flavor on a pizza. This wasn't aweful, but I probably won't make it again.

Pam's Red Sauce with Meatballs and Sausage

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2006
I was in the kitchen for a couple of hours making this recipe, and it was not worth the time at all. The sauce did not taste very good in the end - my husband didn't like it at all.

Drip Beef Sandwiches

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2006
This had a great flavor and I followed the recipe. I cut up the meat and made sandwiches. I used the juice for dipping and it was wonderful. Many of the reviews said the meat fell apart, and unfortunately I did not have that result - but the roast was still very good.

Shrimp Dijonnaise

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2006
This was so easy, and tasted very light and flavorful. I used 2 pds of shrimp, and then poured the shrimp and sauce over linguini. It would be good with some parmesan cheese sprinkled over the top! I will definately make this again.

Shrimp and Mushroom Linguini with Creamy Cheese Herb Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2006
This was really good, but I'm rating this a 4 because the cream cheese wasn't totally smooth in the sauce. This might be because I let it soften for a few hours before cooking. Next time I will try using this right out of the refrigerator. I used all the water (others have said you don't need all the water), and my sauce was still pretty thick. As recommended by other reviewers, I used 4 cloves of garlic, 1 pound of shrimp, and all 8oz. of the cream cheese. Other than that, it had a great taste... very rich. I'll probably try this one again.

Grilled Cheese Italiano

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2006
This was good. The cheese didn't melt before turning the sandwiches, so a bunch of it fell out. Other than that it was easy, and the dipping sauce was good.

Dijon Chicken with Bacon

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2006
This was very easy to make, and was pretty good. I used Hormel pre-cooked bacon that just needed to be microwaved, and it was surprisingly crispy but not burned. I spooned some of the sauce over the chicken, and would not recommend this because the teriyaki sauce was a little overpowering.
