Out of this World Turkey Brine
In response to several less than perfect ratings, a good rule of thumb is to cut salt amount in half if using regular table salt to substitute for Kosher Salt. Kosher Salt is much less "salty" than regular salt. DO NOT use iodized salt for brining. Delicious recipe. Thank you.

Buttermilk Oatmeal Muffins
Absolutely DELICIOUS. The second time I made them I added the zest of one orange and 1 cup of cranberries, chopped. With the addition, the muffin was a little 'doughy' while they were warm, I think from the extra moisture, but very, very good after they cooled. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe.

Aunt Johnnie's Pound Cake
I would like to give this 20 stars!!!! The BEST pound cake I have ever made. I took 6 to church for a special function, and everybody was very impressed. Thank you Jean. :-)
