I changed the recipe slightly for this recipe, resulting in slightly crunchier cookies. I reduced the sugar and added more peanuts. The cookies are still delicious and addictive, but I think they're best when the recipe is followed precisely. The dough was thick and not sticky, so I made little balls instead of dropping them on the cookie sheet. This caused them to not flatten themselves out during baking, making for tall, round cookies. I flattened the second batch with a spoon. I'll submit a new photo when I make these again (according to the recipe next time).
