Cinnamon Bread I

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2014
Yum! So good! It was like a coffee cake, but with the texture of bread. Honestly delicious and so easy to make. The topping seemed fine for me, yes I would have liked a little more, but it wasn't a problem. Also much healthier compared to coffee cake, but without all the hassle of letting bread rise. Perfect!

Red Velvet Cake I

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2014
It was good. I made red velvet for the first time ever with this recipe, and only have had red velvet cake 1 time before, so I thought it was pretty good, but not great. Then again I don't really know how its suppose to taste, but overall there wasn't anything special about it, but it did taste good and everyone enjoyed it.

Sarah's Applesauce

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2014
This was the First time I made apple sauce, and it was a blast. It was is so Easy! I made 6 servings instead of 4 and it came out perfectly! The ratios of sugar and cinnamon tasted amazing! After the apples were soft and cooked (20 minutes) It looked really liquidy and not right. Don't worry! Just let it cool, for 5-10 minutes, mash together and comes out amazing! Super quickly and easy!! Definitely will make this recipe again- no more jarred applesauce!

Snow Ice Cream II

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2014
This recipe is different because its not really based on taste, It's just suppose to just be a happy, fun thing to do with your friends and family. But it does taste good. :) A family favorite ingredient that I recommend is maple syrup, you could also try adding the peppermint for a minty sweet tang. Oh and a hint for people who said that it melted to fast, tried actually making and eating it outside, it makes it really fun, and doesn't melt!

Pesto Cheesy Chicken Rolls

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2013
Amazing! This fool-proof exceptionally easy dinner is a classic that I will be pulling out again and again. My whole family loves it! The only thing that I added was a sprinkle of bread crumbs, because I found that the chicken got really dried out. With the bread crumbs, you can use Italian, panko or regular for different tastes every time!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2013
This deserves at least 10 stars. I made it for the first time for my church and everyone loved it! It was devoured in seconds. People again and again come up and ask me to make it again! Myself being a big fan of cheesecakes of all kinds was astonished! The great part about this was that it was so light and fluffy, the texture was amazing and you can make it the night before! This is a definite keeper that I will be pulling out again and again, not just in the fall!

Amazing! I mean how can you go wrong? Personally, I like to add a sprinkle of salt to my kettle corn for that sweet and salty taste.

St. Louis Toasted Ravioli

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2013
Instead of frying them, I decided to bake them in the oven for a healthier and easier clean-up. Bad mistake. The ravioli got so dried out and chewy, and it wasn't crispy at all. Also, the flavor was extremely bland. I guess that this was my fault for following someone else's suggestion, but I'm extremely disappointed.

I followed the instructions exactly and the crepe turned out lumpy, and no flavor whatsoever. Very disappointing..

Baked Chicken Nuggets

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2013
Really good! Maybe a little too many spices for me, so I would recommend getting rid of the thyme and basil, and just stick with the Italian bread crumbs which already have spices in it. I added a bit more cheese for that amazing cheesy taste, and it turned out amazing!

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2013
Amazing!! I made these following K PRAPER's directions (thanks!), because I don't have a bread machine and they still turned out so good. Light, decadent and fluffy on the inside, yet a soft brown crispy outer shell! My family devoured them!I can definitely understand why this is a 5 star recipe!
