Meatball Sandwich

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2006
I make a heap of these meatballs (usually 16-18) then keep them at work with some cheese and hoagie rolls. It's easy to put together at work and is delicious.

Prize Winning Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2005
I followed the suggestions of removing the membrane with the butter knife and it worked great! I used a Weber gas grill and placed my aluminum foil over the "V" inserts and grilled the ribs on the main grill.

Veal Forestiere

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2005
What a great sauce! I was making a couple of side dishes at the same time so I overcooked the veal slightly but the sauce was so good that nobody cared. My wife loved it and wants to keep inviting people over so we can serve it again! As suggested I used beef stock and red wine.

Cucumber Salad I

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2005
Super easy but a little too bitter for my tastes with the vinegar but my wife loved it. Varying the ratio of vinegar to sugar helps make this a sour or sweet salad depending on your tastes.

Homemade Hashbrowns

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2004
From the advice of other reviews I grated potatoes and cooked for 10 mins per side at med to med-low heat. It worked great. They came out crispy and delicious. I would also suggest adding some paprika and/or curry powder.
