This recipe was ok. I warmed my oven to 200 degrees then turned it off and put a damp towel over my stainless steel bowl and put it in the semi-warm oven to rise. It rose QUICKLY and was very easy to work with and roll out and put on the pan. I folded the edges like papa johns does so the end of the crust was thick. I topped it and baked it. The crust ends turned out ALOT like papa johns chewy crust, BUT, had no flavor. It DID taste a lot like white bread and was doughy in the middle. I give it one star for taste, and one star for ease of making. Probably won't make it again.
