Simple Scones

This recipe is fabulous! I tried a different recipe years ago and said to heck with it, but decided to give scones a second chance. I doubled the recipe, added about a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the wet ingredients, and split the dough in two. I replaced the raisins with a cup of chocolate chips in dough ball one and a tablespoon of dried lavender in the other. Both sets turned out beautifully!

Yeast-Free Bread

This tastes just like the homemade bread my mom would make when I was a kid but without the hours of proofing, kneading, and hoping it wasn't too burnt at the end! Fantastic recipe, passing it on to Mom right now.
