Made this this evening and loved it! I didn't have the exact ingredients - and it would probably be even better if made just as it calls for in the recipe - but it came out fine with my "minor" adjustments. I didn't have provolone cheese so I used Velveeta shreds (a white shredded cheese that is relatively low fat)and I didn't have the panko bread crumbs so I used Progresso Italian style bread crumbs. I also used lowfat mayonaise. It was easy, flavorful, and different from what we usually have. I may fix this next time we have guests for dinner - it also looked really nice!
