Pork and Pepper Stew
This turned out amazing. It's pretty similar to sweet and sour pork. I used more beef broth because I like lots of sauce. The pork was so tender and the flavor was so good.

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream
Oh my Gah! So GOOD! Its like pizza pasta. I used a can of diced tomatoes in Italian seasoning, added dried basil and I topped the bowls with a heap of shredded Parmesan cheese. I am in heaven right now.

Hot Tamale Pie
We LOVED this recipe. The only changes I made were to drain the beef fat before adding the rest of the ingredients and we added chilli powder, cayane, red pepper flakes and a bit of cumin. It was a hit! It was an enormous amount of food though. Next time I will do 1lb beef, 1 pepper, and only make a top crust. I will definitely make this again and again.
