Pad See Ew (Thai Noodles with Beef and Broccoli)
This recipe was very easy to follow and turned out really good. We changed the protein used from beef to chicken and things worked out just fine. We didn’t have the right noodles to use but we substituted the wide rice noodles with another type of rice noodles and it turned out great. Though we changed the type of protein and the type of noodles the recipe originally used, the final product did look like something that could be made in a restaurant. We had to make this recipe for a baby shower and it did its job. Many people liked the recipe and were very surprised we made it. This is a recipe I would for sure recommend to any one in the mood for a very delicious Thai dish.

Chicken Alfredo with Fettuccini Noodles
Overall this recipe turned out really good. Not only did we end up making some tasty pasta but also the recipe was very easy to follow. We did end up adding some basil and garlic to the dish, which added some great flavor. The final product really did look like a professionally made dish. I would recommend this recipe to anyone who enjoys pasta. The recipe was very simple and easy to follow and it produces very tasty pasta!

Apple Pie Muffins
This recipe was pretty easy and simple. It had clear directions and was very easy to follow. Sadly, our final muffin did not turn out like the professional picture. According to the recipe it should have made 6 muffins, but at the end of our baking process we ended up making 8-9 muffins instead. Our muffins didn't have the right shape because we over mixed the batter. So don't over mix! In the end I still would recommend this recipe to another person. Not only is this easy to follow but the muffins taste pretty good.
