White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Great Cheesecake. My daughter chose it as one of her cakes for her 11th birthday! Very pretty also.

Thanks Karen!! This is a definite 5 star recipe. I'm a fussy eater and don't even really care for beans but this was super. The dressing really makes it. I'm making this for the 3rd time in two weeks, my husband keeps asking for it. I used yellow, red and orange peppers for color and red onions. I followed the recipe to a "T" and it was fantastic. The 2nd time I reduced the oil a little because I'm on a diet. My friend loved it and we've been passing the recipe on to everyone who tries it. Try to use fresh fruit and don't skimp on the lime juice!

Broccoli Chicken Divan

I used pre-cooked chicken strips that I had in the freezer. I also used fat free mushroom soup mix and monterey jack as substitutes. I thought it was good that night for dinner, but it was very good the next day for lunch once the mixture got a chance to sit and blend. Thanks!

Beaker's Vegetable Barley Soup

This review is from a "meat and potatoes" girl....(ok junk food too). I was looking for a healthy snack/meal like when I was doing WW and ate the "free soup". This recipe is absolutely delicious. I wouldn't change a thing (although I also added 2 cups more veggie broth at the end). The curry really made it special. It was simple to make and will definitely be a family classic in years to come. I've already sent the link to my family and friends. Thanks Beaker for sharing.

Irish Soda Bread

Excellent recipe. I used my kitchenaid mixer but just for a minute then folded the rest of the flour in. The buttermilk and sourcream have it a nice texure, not too crumbly. I'm going to make another loaf tomorrow with carraway. You could get away with just two cups of raisins. I'm posting a photo of mine with golden raisins. Some real butter on a slice was fantastic. Hubby wants another loaf already!

English Trifle

Everyone loved it! I cheated and used two angelfood cakes because they were buy one get one free and it was too hot out to bake a cake! I just broke it into pieces and did everything else the same. Yummy!

Brown Sugar Banana Nut Bread I

Yum! I'm eating a piece right now! I doubled the recipe thank goodness or we'd be fighting over it. Thanks for the suggestion on sprinkling brown sugar on top, it was great. My husband said this is now his favorite, even replacing his favorite cake. I used pecans because that's what I had and I was a little short on bananas but it turned out great. Thanks, it's a keeper!
